Our services

Creating sustainable spaces with lasting quality.

A fully managed building service, delivered from conception to completion. Design-led extensions, interior refurbishment and period restoration for private clients across Hampshire, Sussex, London and the southern counties.

What we do

Most projects draw on several of these at once. We run them as one continuous programme of work, coordinating every trade and consultant ourselves. Regardless of scale, the same care applies.

01

Extensions and structural alterations

Single and double-storey extensions, garage conversions, structural openings and remodelling. We handle footings, drainage, steelwork and weathering, and we work alongside your architect and building control so the drawings and the build stay in step.

  • Footings & drainage
  • Steel & openings
  • Brick & blockwork
  • Roofing

02

Interior refurbishment and fit out

Thoughtful interior refurbishments that elevate the character and comfort of a home. Kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, plastering, electrics and second fix, sequenced so trades follow one another cleanly and the house stays liveable for as long as possible.

  • Bespoke joinery
  • M&E coordination
  • Plaster & finishes

03

Soft and hard landscaping

Garden walls, piers, paving, patios, driveways and planting. We favour permeable surfaces, reclaimed materials and planting schemes that support biodiversity and reduce maintenance, so the outside of the house is designed with the same care as the inside.

  • Walls & piers
  • Paving & patios
  • Permeable drives

04

Bespoke decorating and specialist finishes

Interior and exterior decorating, mineral and clay paints, lime plasters and hand-applied artisan finishes: marbling, graining and gilding, trained under leading decorative specialists. Preparation is where the finish is won, and we allow it the time it deserves, using breathable products that let the building fabric behave as it should.

  • Mineral & clay paints
  • Lime plaster
  • Marbling & gilding
  • Window care

05

Heritage restoration

Period properties, flintwork, repointing and the preservation of original features. We use traditional breathable materials such as lime and natural plasters, and approach older homes with the care, sensitivity and technical understanding they deserve.

  • Flint & stone
  • Lime repointing
  • Feature retention

Fully managed

From initial consultation through to final handover, every project is managed by our experienced in-house team.

Structured planning, clear communication and meticulous oversight. No fragmented trades, no confusion.

Consultation

We survey the property, take the brief from you and your architect, and set out precisely what the work involves.

Planning and cost management

Accurate scoping and detailed costing keep the project on budget and on programme. Contingencies are kept to a minimum and every extra over is agreed with you before we proceed. No hidden costs, no shock costs.

On site

A working foreman on site, our own team, and every subcontractor and consultant coordinated by us. One point of contact throughout.

Handover

Snagged, cleaned and walked through with you, with clear guidance on maintaining the materials we have used.

Sustainability

Sustainability is built into how we work.

We prioritise natural, breathable materials: lime, clay, mineral paints and responsibly sourced timber. They look refined, help regulate moisture and protect the long-term fabric of the building. Every project is planned to minimise waste and use materials responsibly.

  • Lime & natural plasters
  • Mineral & clay paints
  • Responsibly sourced timber
  • Eco insulation systems
  • Permeable surfaces
  • Reclaimed materials

Tell us what you are planning.

Send us your drawings, or simply an idea of what you have in mind. We will survey the property, scope the work and set out a considered proposal with the costs in full.
