A country home

Full renovation, refurbishment and decoration

A country house taken room by room, inside and out.

The original surfaces were prepared back before anything went over them. Nobody photographs that part. It’s the reason the finish lasts.

Every room was specified with the client, paper by paper. Walls were cross-lined with eco-lining fabric first so the finish sits flat. Outside we used Keim microporous lime, which lets the wall breathe.

What that involved

  1. 01 Detailed preparation of the original substrates throughout
  2. 02 Extensive care taken on all original woodwork
  3. 03 Walls cross-lined with eco-lining fabric paper
  4. 04 Bespoke wall coverings, selected by the client room by room
  5. 05 Exterior decorated in Keim microporous decorative lime finish
